Staging
Occupied home staging is done using the client’s furniture and possessions. I will help sellers declutter and depersonalize the home to appeal to a wider range of buyers. This includes cosmetic changes, furniture placement, upgrades, and cleaning. A staged home is more attractive to potential buyers and sells faster than non-staged homes.
Estate Sales & Cleanouts
Reduce the overwhelming task of managing your loved ones personal items. Making decisions while grieving and taking on the task of going through an entire lifetime of belongings can be too big of a task, physically and emotionally, to take on.
I will help sort through items in the home, research their value, organize items for a sale, advertise, manage the sale, and remove unsold items for donations.
